*** (IMPORTANT) The Registration Status of International Students with Missing Registration Files

International students who had missing documents during their registration, was enrolled in our university's programs conditionally. Those students are required to send the following documents (if any of them missing) to their academic units either in person or by post until May 14, 2021. Students who do not complete their documents will be disenrolled after May 14, 2021. It is of great importance that all international students who have missing documents complete their documents by the specified date.

 

1- The original diploma and its certified Turkish translation

2- Original and Turkish translation of the Transcript

3- Original copy of diploma equivalence certificate

4- Photocopy of residence documents, if any *

 

* Students who do not have a residence permit must apply online at https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr/ within 1 month from the date they enter our country and submit the application documents to our Coordinator together with the documents required for residence.

* Our students who have not yet come to our country and continue their distance education will complete their residence procedures when they come to our country.
