OUR FACULTY QUALITY POLICY
 
     The academic and administrative staff of our faculty and our students actively maintain, improve, and develop quality assurance processes.
     We are establishing a transparent and open evaluation mechanism of the quality assurance system in our faculty's education, research, and community service activities, which can be monitored, measured, and presented to the information of all internal and external stakeholders.
     To adhere to the principle of equality in Article 10 of the Constitution by preventing all kinds of discrimination in the employment and working environment of academic and administrative personnel in a way that will increase their knowledge and work efficiency.
     To prevent all kinds of discrimination, to improve the professional knowledge and skills of our students and graduates who continue their education in the departments of our faculty, and to increase their professional prestige.
     It is to create a bridge in the quality process with all our stakeholders by including our external stakeholders, employers, non-governmental organizations, and other public institutions and organizations in the quality processes to develop training curricula and produce projects in line with social needs in the health field.
