Registrations will be made in person to the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Registrar's Office.


Required Documents

1- Approved student certificate
2- Certified transcript
3- Document showing ÖSYS / YKS Score (can be obtained from ÖSYM result notification address)
4- Course contents (In case the course contents are unapproved, the academic unit confirms the accuracy/appropriateness of the course contents from the Course Information Package of the university where the student is coming from. In case of difference, the student can submit the approved course contents within a week after registration to sbf@bartin.edu.tr must be sent to the address. Otherwise, no exemption will be made.)
5- Transfer Application Petition
6- Printout of the application form
7- Document showing the grade evaluation system (will be requested from those who apply for foreign transfer.)
8- Document indicating that he/she has not transferred with Central Placement (Additional Article 1) before
9- Declaration Form Regarding No Previous Transfer within the Scope of Additional Article-1
10- High School Diploma (It will be required from students who transfer abroad)
11- Document Concerning that there is no problem in making horizontal transfers

Important Note: Do not forget to apply for a scholarship/credit transfer at https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/kyk-kredi-burs-nakil-basvurusu so that your scholarship/credit is not cut off after your transfer.
