The following other documents will also be requested from our students who have gained the right to final registration. Documents will be sent to the e-mail address sbf@bartin.edu.tr . After your documents are reviewed, your other transactions will be carried out.

 

Required Documents

1-Approved Student Certificate: The approved document received by the applicant student from the institution he/she will leave ( Documents received with electronic signature are accepted if there is a verification code or QR code ) .

2-Approved Transcript: Approved document showing all the courses taken by the applicant student from the institution he/she will leave and the grades of these courses ( Documents received with electronic signature are accepted if there is a verification code or QR code ) .

3- Document showing ÖSYS / YKS Score (can be obtained from ÖSYM result notification address): It is the document showing that the students have been placed in the higher education institutions they are registered to.

4- Document proving that you have not made a horizontal transfer with Central Placement (Additional Article 1) before

5- Course Contents (In case the course contents are unapproved, the academic unit confirms the accuracy/appropriateness of the course contents from the Course Information Package of the university the student comes from. In case of a difference, the student can send the approved course contents to sbf@bartin.edu.tr within one week after registration. (Otherwise, exemption will not be made.)

6- Printout of the application form

7- Horizontal Transfer Registration Petition

8- Has not made a horizontal transfer before within the scope of Additional Article-1 Concerning Declaration Form

9- Bank Receipt / Receipt proving that the Contribution Fee / Tuition Fee was paid within the Registration Dates . (For evening education students, distance education students and primary education students who exceed normal education periods)

Documents required for registration are accepted if there is a verification code in the documents received via e-government or EBYS .

Important note: In order to prevent your scholarship/loan from being interrupted after your horizontal transfer, do not forget to request a scholarship/credit transfer at https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/kyk-kredi-burs-nakil-basvurusu.
