Internal Transfer Procedures for International Students Registered in Associate and Undergraduate Programs (2023-2024 Spring)

Legislation

In accordance with Article 16 of Bartın University's Directive on Admission and Registration Principles for International Students, "First education students (except Turkish Preparatory) can apply for the Fall Program in the first 2 semesters of the program, if there is a quota within the add-drop week following the start of classes at the latest and if the academic unit board deems it appropriate." or they can transfer to the department they want for once during the Spring semesters. Evening education students can apply for horizontal transfer by taking advantage of our University's Ten Percent Principles. There is no quota limitation for transfers from the primary education program to the evening program of the same department.” "With this directive, the placement score or diploma grade of the students who are granted the right to transfer within the institution, depending on the placement method, cannot be lower than the base score of the placement score or diploma grade of the international students who were last placed in the relevant department."

Documents to be uploaded in applications

1-Active Student Certificate

2-The original of the diploma and the transcript and their translations approved by the Turkish Representation.

3- International Student Internal Transfer Application Form (The form is available on the application screen.)

 

Note 1: International students who are accepted for horizontal transfer must pay the difference in the tuition fee of the new department to which they will be registered and send the receipt to the e-mail address on the announced lists within the week of the student registration dates. If the difference fee is not paid, course registration will not be made.

 

Note 2: No quota is allocated for Compulsory Preparatory Programs and Special Talent Programs, and 5 quotas are reserved for the other programs.
