Legislation

In accordance with Article 16 of the Bartın University International Students' Admission and Registration Principles Directive, "First education students (except Turkish Preparatory) can transfer to the department they want for one time in the Fall or Spring semesters within the first 2 semesters of the program (except Turkish Preparatory), within the add-drop week following the start of the courses at the latest, if there is a quota and if the academic unit board of directors approves. Second-education students can apply for transfer by taking advantage of the Ten Percent Principles of our University. There is no quota limit for transfers from the first education program of the same department to the second education program." "The placement score or diploma grade of the students who are granted the right to transfer within the institution with this directive cannot be lower than the base score of the placement score or placement diploma grade of the international students who were last placed in the relevant department."

Student Registrations 05-06 October 2023 Department registrations and course registrations will be made by the academic unit student affairs.

Documents Required for Applications

1-Active Student certificate

2- Original diploma and transcript and their translations certified by the Turkish Representative Office

3- International Student Intra-Institutional Transfer Application Form (There is a form on the application screen.)


Note 1: International students whose transfer is accepted must pay the difference in the tuition fee to the department they will enroll in and send the receipt to the e-mail address in the announced lists during the week of student registration dates. Course registration will not be made if the difference fee is not paid.


Note 2: There are 5 quotas for transfer in all programs.
