Faculty's Quality Policy


Our faculty's quality policy includes: Actively participating in the maintenance, improvement, and development of quality assurance processes for our academic and administrative staff and students; establishing a transparent and open evaluation mechanism in our faculty's education, research, and community service activities that is traceable, measurable, and accessible to all internal and external stakeholders; adhering to the principle of equality enshrined in Article 10 of the Constitution by preventing all forms of discrimination in the employment and work environment of academic and administrative staff in a way that increases their knowledge and work efficiency; preventing all forms of discrimination to improve the professional knowledge and skills of our students and graduates in our faculty departments and to increase their professional prestige; and building bridges with all our stakeholders in the quality process by including our external stakeholders, such as employers, civil society organizations, and other public institutions and organizations, in order to develop educational curricula and produce projects in line with societal needs in the health sector.
