KOSGEB - WORLD BANK - JICA COOPERATION: Announcement on FAST SUPPORT PROGRAM FOR MICRO AND SMALL BUSINESSES (MKI)

For Micro and Small Businesses (MKIs) affected by the Covid-19 epidemic, the "Rapid Support Project for Micro and Small Businesses" was launched in 2021 in cooperation with KOSGEB, the World Bank and the Japan International Cooperation Agency-JICA. The purpose of the program; It is to ensure that MKIs continue their activities under epidemic conditions and employ new personnel while maintaining their previous average employment levels. To MKIs in manufacturing, computer programming, scientific R&D sectors and some service and trade sectors that are relatively more affected by the Covid-19 epidemic:-1981 and later “A commitment to employ for 12 months” for at least one new personnel who was born, who has not worked more than 180 days in the last 3 years, graduated from a university or vocational or technical high school, on the condition of “maintaining the 12-month average employment before the announcement of the application period”; per new personnel to be employed 100 thousand TL reimbursed support will be given. If the owner of the business is a woman or if the staff is a woman, the support will be applied in increments of 10 thousand TL per staff. Personnel who are not working in the enterprise in the month before the application period announcement date will be considered as "new". Micro-enterprises will be able to receive support for a maximum of 2 personnel, small enterprises for a maximum of 5 personnel. The sector list of MKIs that can benefit from support is published at www.kosgeb.gov.trad.
