the "Stress Management" Event.
Faculty of Health Sciences, Guidance and Psychological Counseling Committee member Res. See. An event on
“Stress Management” was organized by Ece Parlak Ünlü for the students of our faculty on 20 December 2022
at Ağdacı Conference Hall. In the activity, the sources of stress experienced by the students in their
school life and daily life and explanations about the spiritual, cognitive, emotional and physical
dimensions of stress management, certain techniques and their benefits were shared. In the interactive
presentation, students' opinions were taken and their questions were answered. Thank you to all our students
who participated in our event.
