Midwifery Department Holds Term-Beginning Evaluation and Information Meeting for First- and Second-Year Students

The semester-opening evaluation and information meeting for 1st and 2nd year students of the Midwifery Department was held with the participation of Department Chair Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hacer Yalnız Dilcen. At the meeting, students' academic processes were comprehensively discussed; detailed information was provided about course content, practical training plans, clinical processes, and academic and social activities planned for the semester.

During the meeting, students' views, suggestions, and expectations were taken into account, creating an interactive communication environment. In this context, class representative elections were held in the 1st and 2nd grades to strengthen student participation and activate the representation mechanism. As a result of the vote, students democratically elected their class representatives.

The elected class representatives are expected to strengthen communication between students and the department management and to effectively convey students' requests and feedback in academic, administrative, and social processes.

The meeting was completed with the active participation and constructive contributions of the students.
