Our Faculty Member Dr. Olga İncesu's Project Accepted for TÜBİTAK 1001 Program

The project titled "The Effect of AI-Supported Challenge-Based Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Training for Newly Graduated Nurses: A Mixed Methods Study," in which Bartın University Faculty of Health Sciences faculty member Dr. Olga İncesu is a researcher, has been accepted for support under the TÜBİTAK 1001 Program.
The project is led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Betül Sönmez (Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing). The project team also includes Dr. Berra Yılmaz Kuşaklı (Aydın University), Prof. Dr. Cengiz Hakan Aydın (Özyeğin University), Research Assistant Dr. Duygu Gül (Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pelin Karaçay (Koç University), and Dr. Öğr. Member Polat Göktaş (Sabancı University) is participating as a researcher.
This mixed-methods study, focusing on the integration of AI-supported educational approaches into nursing education, aims to improve the problem-solving and decision-making skills of newly graduated nurses in response to challenges they face in clinical practice. The educational model to be developed within the scope of the project aims to contribute to innovative practices in nursing education and support the professional adaptation process.
Bartın University Faculty of Health Sciences continues to contribute to scientific research and development activities with its faculty members' nationally recognized projects.
