Our Faculty of Nursing Teaching Staff Member Dr. Aylin KURT and Nursing Department Students Receive Best Paper First Place Award
The project, conducted under the supervision of Dr. Aylin KURT, a faculty member of the Department of Nursing, Division of Child Health and Nursing, and led by Emre DORUK, who graduated from our Department of Nursing this year, The project, which was supported by the TÜBİTAK 2209-A University Student Research Projects Support Program, involved researchers Sultan ATSEVER and Şeyda ATEŞ. The project, titled "The Effectiveness of an Earthquake Awareness Education Program for Elementary School Students: 'I Know What to Do, Even If We Shake, I Won't Fall' Project," was awarded the Best Paper First Prize at the 7th International Congress on Medicine, Nursing, Midwifery, and Health Sciences held between June 27-29, 2025.
We congratulate Dr. Aylin KURT, the advisor, project coordinator Emre DORUK, and team members Sultan ATSEVER and Şeyda ATEŞ for this achievement and wish them continued success.
