Process Management Meeting Held with Faculty Administrative Staff

A Process Management Meeting was held on June 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM with the participation of our administrative staff to contribute to the effective, efficient, and sustainable management of the processes carried out in our faculty. The meeting, chaired by our Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Elif KARAHAN, included evaluations aimed at improving institutional operations.

The meeting addressed the duties performed by our administrative staff, the effective use of the University Information Management System (UBYS), and process management practices. Furthermore, discussions were held on developing feedback mechanisms, effectively utilizing data obtained from satisfaction surveys in process improvement efforts, and establishing a sustainable structure for feedback processes.

Increasing the awareness of administrative staff regarding processes related to their areas of responsibility, strengthening the institutional quality culture, and implementing practices for more effective process management were also among the important agenda items of the meeting. While participants evaluated existing practices, suggestions for improving processes and areas for improvement were discussed. At the end of the meeting, the opinions and suggestions of the administrative staff were taken into consideration, and possible actions to strengthen process management were evaluated.
