Trainings for the Dissemination of Quality Culture were organized in our faculty.

"Collecting Student Opinions and Evaluation Processes in Higher Education" and "Continuous Improvement in Higher Education" were given to the students of our Faculty's Nursing Department by Asst. Prof. Dr. Burcu KÜÇÜKKAYA and Asst. Prof. Dr. Aylin KURT from our Faculty's Nursing Department on May 27, 2024.

 

In the first part of the training, students were asked to state the first three words that came to their mind when quality was mentioned in a web 2.0 designed application. A brief evaluation was made on the quality perception of nursing students based on the emerging concepts. Afterwards, within the scope of the training, quality processes and practices of YÖKAK, HEPDAK, Bartın University and Bartın University Faculty of Health Sciences were explained. Additionally, the concept of continuous improvement, Kaizen technique and continuous improvement mechanism were mentioned. In all the mentioned processes, the importance of obtaining and evaluating the opinions of Bartın University Faculty of Health Sciences Nursing Department students was emphasized. At the end of the training, students' questions, opinions and contributions were received. At the end of the event, a draw was made among the students participating in the program and the book named "Dictionary of Nursing Terms" was given as a gift to one student.
