Bartın University Faculty of Health Sciences Nursing Department Students Gathered with Children with Autism in and Out of Classroom Games

Fruit basket, zıldır-zip and balloon games for children with autism were held at Bartın Umut Special Education Primary and Secondary School on Monday, May 22, 2023, by the students of the Nursing Department of the Faculty of Health Sciences of Bartın University.

Event, It started with Inst. Dr. Simge ÖZTÜRK emphasizing that play activities are one of the most effective and entertaining methods in order to ensure the individual development of children with autism and to increase their adaptation to society.

Afterwards, the students of Bartın University Nursing Department played fruit basket, zıldır bounce and balloon games, allowing the children to have a pleasant time.

The event was greatly appreciated by the children and their teachers.
